  Sales staff is knowledgeable and ensured as what getting exactly the correct truck accessory and I had a lot of questions. Truck cap looks great and no issues. They also explained towing accessories and much more where I had inquiries. Worth the drive to visit and I’ll be back.

  Carlos and the staff at Leonard were exceptionally helpful. I experienced a trailer brake controller issue and provided them with detailed information about my testing and symptoms. Carlos informed me that the manufacturer has a solution. He promptly addressed the issue, but it did not resolve the problem. I returned the following day, this time with the trailer. Carlos dedicated more time to troubleshooting while keeping me informed throughout the process. He identified the fault as being on the vehicle side and recommended that I take it to the dealership. He then suggested try using the Bluetooth brake controller, which I can take with me when selling the vehicle. He tested it and demonstrated how to use it. I drove the trailer back, and it operates flawlessly. The staff’s professionalism and determination were remarkable, surpassing the service provided by the dealership of my SUV. The dealer quoted me a lot more just to start. I’m glad I decided to go to Leonard.

  First time using Leonard Outfitters. Couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. Great job by Kenny and his team. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again in the near future!!

  Mike and Carlos were both terrific from start to finish. From reviewing my options to ordering in additional parts (and later changing appointment dates as needed), they were always friendly and helpful. It’s been less than 24 hours since I drove away with my new running boards, but so far I am loving the upgrade. I’d definitely recommend Leonard’s to friends and family!

  Super easy, quick transaction. Mike thoroughly explained all the options for the truck cap we wanted for our company truck. We had the order in under 30 minutes and used the free financing option which is fantastic. Can’t wait to have it installed and using it for delivering tacos to our stand at Nationals Park.
