Double-checked the oil level multiple times to ensure it was properly filled. Friendly and professional service. Did all of the required checks and had me on my way in a reasonable time.
- HHhasibApr 1, 20262.0I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but it seems that some of their new employees are simply terrible, especially the guy who was scanning vehicles before services. Today, I came for an oil change and was directed to bay one, where a pickup truck from Power Solutions Construction Company was having its transmission fluids changed. Since it would obviously take a long time, they made me wait behind him for 20 minutes. Then, another car that came after me pulled over to the next lane and had its services started right before me. I politely informed the employees that I would pass on and leave. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place!

They ripped it right off the side of my car. I went in about a week later for a replacement and they had ordered the wrong handle. Two weeks later I go in again and they have yet again ordered the wrong handle. I have been driving without a driver side door handle for over a month. I’ve contacted corporate several times with no response. When I get in my car, I have to get in through the passenger side and crawl over the seat to drive my own vehicle. I’m probably going to have to pay for my car to get fixed on my own, which is a burden because I do not make tons of money.
