  My experience at the Enterprise location in Manassas, Virginia, was excellent! Chris, the manager, was very helpful in explaining the damage waiver and the security deposit to me. I rented a high-top van for a furniture pickup, and the amount of space inside was ideal. It was a brand new van and so easy to drive. I was allowed to return it after their office was closed, which was also helpful. My only complaint is the $300 security deposit that I had to pay in addition to the charge for a one-day rental, which is a lot to be blocked off on your credit card until it is returned to you. This was my first time renting a vehicle from Enterprise, so it was all a learning experience. I look forward to renting a van at this location in the future!

  Great staff and team. They picked me up while my car was in the shop. Awesome customer service. Put me in a nice ride as well until my car comes back.

This summer, I experienced a difficult and unexpected emergency situation that required a last-minute truck rental. In what was a highly stressful moment, the assistance provided by Chris and the entire staff was truly invaluable. The team was not only incredibly helpful and efficient in expediting the rental process but also demonstrated genuine compassion. I was deeply touched that they took the extra step to check in on us afterward to ensure we had a safe and successful trip, which goes far beyond any standard customer service expectation.   After my personal towing vehicle left me stranded in a bind, I was desperate to find a back up. From reservation to return, the team at this location was phenomenal! Chris, Brigette, and Steve were very accommodating and made the process stress free. The truck I used hauled my trailer like a feather. If you need a truck rental, these are your people. Best rental experience I’ve had as a returning Enterprise customer!
