  This is the second time I went to this location and they did not have the oil filter for my car and told me so after they had already drained my oil. They try to downplay their mistake and claimed my filter was in good condition and it only looks black because I have a diesel motor. I’ve been in the mechanical engineering field for 20 years and I understand how motors work. It doesn’t matter if you have a gas motor or a diesel motor oil will turn black overtime so they’re justification to make light of the situation was irrelevant. When I asked for compensation for the filter not being replaced because I was going to be charged full price for the service. They told me that the filter was free and they could not give me a discount. I told them that was not acceptable. They told me they would give me $15 off which was applied by a coupon that I could have obtained through the website myself. Total gas light and will not return. I was going to escalate this to the manager in the black shirt with the red stripe but he seemed more interested in his phone glued to his face than what was going on figured it was a lost cause.

  Very profesional, nice and prompt, Ive always done my own oil changes until today, I tried this place since it was recommended by family and im getting up in age, and I must say, Im very pleased, they addressed my 2 mayor concerns, oil fiilter torke setting and checking thr oil level after running the engine, they also did not try to up sell me additional stuff, Im so satisfied with the work performed that im taking all 5 cars here from this day on.

  I really like Valvoline, even before I moved to Manasas 3 years ago I had to come to this location once and it was great, but my oil is now leaking and its because the oil pan is rusted all to hell, like literally front to back-left to right.... you guys didnt see that while changing my oil a month back? Like that amount of rust did not happen overnight.... so I think they could do a little bit better job with conveying those types of things to the customers because on a normal day I can't get under there to look at it, but someone was there and should have been like "ummmm so a little bit of a concern" or something. I STILL LIKE YOU GUYS THO!!!! Y'ALL ARE AMAZING IN EVERY WAY AND YOU GUYS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SO SWEET TO ME <3
