  I came to try out Tommy’s Express Car wash a couple months ago and was amazed of how clean my car was! Ever since i came to Tommy’s Express Darian made sure i was good and made sure i always keep an amazing experience.

  Today I tried Tommy’s for the first time . It was an amazing experience staff are extremely helpful and friendly I love how quick the wash was and my car came out looking clean .A gentle helped me at the vacuum area it was a great experience. I will be definitely coming back .

  Quick to get washed. Had to wait for a vacuum station but they are in the process of remedying that. Overall- nice experience. The drying towels and vacuum were a nice addition

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EMPLOYEES. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this car wash, and I feel compelled to share what happened. First, a couple months ago they charged my account $70 without authorization, which was already a major red flag. After a while of avoiding the place, I decided to return simply to use their prominently advertised “free vacuums”—a service they plaster everywhere as “free vacuums,” without any mention of a required wash. Today, I was approached by two employees—one named Darian and another young woman—who rudely informed me that I couldn’t use the vacuums unless I paid for a car wash first. When I questioned this, they said it was policy and that I could not come back to use the FREE VACUUMS unless I paid for a car wash. They claimed it was “policy,” despite the signage and the website clearly stating that vacuums are free. And side note I told them well I like to clean my interior before exterior (I WAS PLANNING ON restarting my membership and WASHING MY CAR after I finished my interior BECAUSE ITS COVERED IN SALT BUT BECAUSE OF THESE TWO EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES BEING ATROCIOUS I LEFT.) and she said THATS NOT ALLOWED??? And I then asked so if I have a membership and don’t want to wash my car one day I can’t use the vacuums and she said no you can’t??? WHAT?? After this exchange they turned off the vacuum at the slot I was in so I could no longer even vacuum even if I wanted. 10 minutes later Darian literally told me I basically needed to get out because they had a line (which, by the way, did not exist at the time of the initial exchange so I knew they were doing this in spite). I watched these employees and they did not approach anyone else only myself. The attitude and disrespect from these staff members were completely unacceptable. I have been an on and off paying member for two years and have never encountered this so-called “policy” before. It’s obvious that the employees just decided to enforce their own rules on a whim. If the business wants to advertise free vacuums, they should honor that there is 0 FINE PRINT ANYWHERE AND TOMMYS EXPRESS WEBSITE SAYS IT IS FREE WITH OR WITHOUT PURCHASE OF A WASH. It’s so ridiculous. They at the very least need to train their staff to communicate policies respectfully. In summary, I’ve had items stolen from my car here in the past and dealt with poor service, but today was the final straw. If you want to be treated rudely and told to leave for trying to use a service they claim is free, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The only thing good about this place is the mat wash service but other than that these people are awful and rude. I’d pay a $100 subscription at some other place for nothing before I return here. So disgusted.

  They said they have 30 day free carwash and then u get charged 24.99 starting next month. They charged me 24.99$ today and charged me 24$ again in the same day This is terrible this is false advertisement They dont have sprays to clean , their mat dryer doesnt work my mats are soaking wet i cant even put them back in my car Their vaccum is trash The whole place is trash and terrible customer service Worst carwash ever I’d rather go back to tidal wave where they have everything and where you’re not in a rush to clean your car cuz there is a longggg line waiting behind to get their cars cleaned .
