  After a couple of months, I noticed several scratches on my car, which is extremely disappointing because this is a new vehicle, I trusted your facility to wash and maintain my car properly, but unfortunately it seems the service may have caused damage instead. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and review your washing procedures. Customers come to your facility to have their vehicles cleaned and cared for, not to have them scratched or damaged. By increasing your membership prices you guys must provide a better service not to scratch the vehicles

  “Unfortunately, our experience with this place was extremely bad. After our friend had his car washed there, the car ended up with severe scratches. When we tried to discuss the issue with the staff, they refused to have a proper conversation or consider what happened. We also asked them to review their security cameras to see how the damage occurred, but they refused and even accused him of lying. Because of this experience, we will never go back and we do not recommend this place.”

  Honestly, if there were an option for zero stars, that’s what this place would get. A close friend of mine has been a loyal member for almost two years, and everything seemed fine until February 21, 2026. After running his car through this wash, the vehicle came out with several deep scratches that were clearly not there before. Instead of taking the situation seriously and trying to help, the manager refused to check the cameras and initially tried to claim that he didn’t even remember the car being washed there. The situation became so frustrating that the police had to be called. Only after the officer insisted did the manager agree to fill out an incident report. What’s even more disappointing is what happened afterward: absolutely nothing. No follow-up. No update. No effort to contact the customer or explain anything. Then they responded to the review saying they “stand by their team’s assessment,” which basically means they closed the case without properly addressing the damage or the customer’s concerns. For a customer who trusted this place and paid for a membership for two years, this is extremely disappointing. The way management handled the situation was unprofessional and dismissive. People who care about their cars should seriously think twice before using this place.

  Decent car wash, but the experience at the window was unacceptable. I clearly told the employee I wasn’t interested in a monthly membership and asked him to stop trying to upsell me. As I started to drive away, he swore at me under his breath. The receipt says Wendy, but it was a young guy working the window at 1:13 PM on Saturday the 7th. Completely unprofessional. If you’re going to push memberships that aggressively, the least your staff can do is show basic respect when someone says no before it makes you lose customers.

  IF there is evaluation less than one Star I would choose it !! I had a membership since almost 2 years with them Everything was fine tell I came to washe my car at the 2/21/2026 and I get my car with deep scratches Once I asked their manager to check the camera he refused And he tried hardly to pretend that I didn't wash my car their I called the police and he said the same for the police ( that he doesn't remember that I washed my car their) After the police push him he accepted to fill a report and till now Im waiting for them No one called me or contacted me by any means!!
