Excellent service thanks Hadley Blue I really thank you for the good service and kindness you had with me, you answered all my doubts and my questions, thanks to Hadley I regained confidence in the dealership Sheehy Nissan of Manassas since he was very kind and cordial, he served me in the best way and answered my questions and helped me find solutions and guide me, I had really lost confidence in the dealership Sheehy Nissan of Manassas, due to poor service from another agent, I do not remember the name of this agent but he treated me in a contemptuous and bad manner, I felt that he only wanted to vote me and not serve me and did not answer my questions and gave me bad information and that I did not correspond even though my car was a 2023 and that I bought it new at the same dealership and did not give me information about the warranty or anything, because of that I lost confidence in the Nissan brand and the Sheehy Nissan of Manassas dealership, but thanks to Hadley Blue I trusted them again thanks to his kindness and excellent attention and patience since I don't speak English well, but that wasn't an impediment for Hadley Bluy to serve me super well and always looking for a coworker or himself so we could communicate better. I thank you for the great work and thank you for being such a wonderful, good person and providing excellent customer service.

Very Poor Customer Service
I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over two hours. What’s the point of making an appointment if the wait time is this long? When I asked one of the service technicians for an update, they responded rudely and told me to "go ask the other guy." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Very dissatisfied with the service and overall experience
