  Service Advisor, Sherman Hashi, and technicians discovered a damaged radiator after a battery replacement. I had my NIssan Maxima towed in to replace the radiator and battery after the battery failed. Payment options were offered for repairs done right the first time. I also received an oil and filter change. Excellent service again, as usual, from this team. Your standard of excellent service is greatly appreciated. Very many thanks, - Lee Rivers

  They seriously need an extra inspector for emissions it takes forever and it’s only one person working.

  I use Sheehy for my Nissan and Koons for my Honda. After confirming with the staff at Koons, I will take my Nissan there. My Nissan didn't pass inspection because the headlight was too cloudy. Okay, but they wanted to charge me $1099.99 for the headlight assembly and that did not include taxes, additional parts, and labor. $1099.99!!! First, my car is 13 years old and valued between 4-5K...so I would be paying between 20-25% of the value of my car. I get it that all shops mark prices up. And yes, I will pay the price for critical maintenance items that require the trained specialists that car dealers have. But this is ludicrous. When I was at Koons and they told me the cost for new parts I needed, the staff brought me around to see their computer and costs and then I searched online to see if I could find a better deal; the staff helped me. Ultimately, I could only find the parts for about $15 cheaper so I went with Koons even though it was slightly more expensive because of the service. I just ordered a brand new assembly off Amazon for $145. I looked up how to do it and for a novice like me, probably about half a days work. Additionally, Sheehy has none of the "bells and whistles" to justify the mark up. Koons offers courtesy cars, they wash my car before returning it, and even offer to pick up the car from my house which was super helpful when my wife was out of town. The best Sheehy could do was offer me compensation for a cab or uber within a 10 mile radius...I live 30 miles away. The technicians seem dismissive and rush me out. We are possibly in the market for a new vehicle this fall and the guy who helped us didn't seem to care. So, I will look elsewhere for a new car. Anyways, this has bugged me all weekend so I thought I would share.

  Fantastic experience! Sherman and Tolson were very knowledgeable about my car and what I needed and were super accommodating with my last second emergency. Will visit again if I need and am in the area.
