  Great customer service done with efficiency and good quality of work! Whether it was on the phone or in person, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. My tech, Bryan, did a great job, I have 0 complaints with the quality of the work done! Only complaint is that apparently my little 4 door hatchback (ford c-max hybrid) had a windshield too large for the mobile van, so I had to go to the site for my service. Of course them coming to you was my biggest appeal for this company, so that was a disappointment. It would’ve been nice if I received some notification when I scheduled it online that my windshield would be too large, or that there was a possibility of that happening. But other than that it was great! They even tried wiping off some bird droppings on my driver side window lol. From drop off to pick up, service was 2.5 hours.

  They have problems keeping appoints, but they are friendly on the phone. They are connected with Farmer's insurance. Can get better prices elsewhere.

  EDIT: My mother scheduled an appointment at this address and my step-dad was handling it. Apparently they got in their feelings. They canceled her appointment because it was at the same address, and refunded the money, no reason, then said she won't get it for 6 days. This is a business address, so more than 1 person uses it. They said they were scared to come here so banned this entire address and everyone who has gotten windows repaired here. Club members shouldn't be banned because of a phone call where no threats or violence was used. It was the managers decision to, not even the owner. Corporate called him and he said he was not helping. I'm not sure it's legal to ban a business address because of someone arguing about a price. This guy really has to go. Had an appointment for tomorrow. They gave me a quote, then called back saying it was going to be an extra $300 because I requested an OEM window. I asked why they changed the price when I specified in the notes beforehand. I will say I was frustrated so debating back and forth. He kept telling me he can't change it, then he said he won't, and refuses to. Even after I explained my bad experience at the Woodbridge location. His reply was, "why would I give you a discount, I'm not doing it." So about 5 times I said fine put the aftermarket in, I'm not paying an extra $300 for an OEM when the aftermarket is almost double that cost already" I told him I would just try to get a OEM later. At this point he he said "you know what, I'm canceling your appointment, I feel like if we come install your window it will just arise to more issues have a nice day." Hung up on me, then blocked my number. Shouldn't have been discriminated against just because I have a problem debating and anger. Not like I choose it. Everything was fine until they up charged me on the window. I had one replaced at the Woodbridge location so I know they don't cost that much. I'm sure the employees are great. The manager though, had no emotion toward me as a customer, failing at the most basic functions of a business; take care of your customer. I felt undervalued and frustrated as a customer who already had an appointment. So really he went out of the way to cancel it, not just denying me service. Even if they are difficult sometimes. If someone doesn't have the patience to be a manager, they should probably get a new job. Safelite should also give you the option for OEM at checkout so people aren't surprised at the hike in cost.
