  NTB on Sudley Rd is my go-to choice for all my vehicle maintenance needs! They have a terrific team and excellent prices. I have been going to this particular location for over 3 years and I trust them will all of my vehicles and have recommended them to family and friends since the first time I went there. Their team is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly efficient. I always feel that they value my time and my business and I can't say enough great words about their manager, Raz. He alone is terrific, and always goes above and beyond every single time I come in! Highly Highly recommend!!!

  This is the only auto shop that I will go to in Manassas. They are fast, friendly and very knowledgeable about all my auto repair needs. Hawraz has always been kind and has a great sense of urgency when it comes to providing customer service. Everyone is super helpful and friendly as well.

  Ryan front desk and cashier gave me my first oil change and answered my questions and honored a US Military veteran discount as well. I will be returning here for my oil changes. Thanks. Update: I left this shop last time determined to return for more service since they were reasonable at their charge so I returned today to replace my headlight bulbs with headlight bulbs that I brought with me and the tech was able to replace bulbs but I literally stood beside him while he swapped bulbs literally clocking him at around 15 minutes labot but when I left bay3 to go pay for this 15 min labor, the man with heavy beard and back support cashier said we will charge you 30 min of labor at the posted $165 hourly labor so he asked me to pay $84 for half an hour of labor when he saw me standing with Bay3 tech no more than 15 min of labor but instead decided to charge me double the 15 min labor or half an hour that came out to $84. I paid it because the new bulbs were already installed on my car but I did leave this shop disgusted with this half an hour charge for 15 min of labor. I updating my 5 star review to 1 star and I am alerting all customers to ask front desk cashier before you drive your car to a bay how much is the final out the door charge but paying the charge after labor is completed without knowing that replacing headlight bulbs take 30 min is unfair and unreasonable. I hope this shop owner read my updated review and refund me labor cost for 15 minutes because that was the actual time spent on my bulbs replacement. Thank you. UPDATE2: I called several comparable shops that replace headlight bulbs I called AutoZone, ORiley, and Advanced Auto all shops told me it takes no more than 15 min to replace both bulbs so why did this shop manager charge me 30 min labor or half the hourly labor $165 ? What makes customers return is fair and reasonable pricing not double the charge 30 min of labor for 15 min labor spent on my bulbs. Customers call around other shops before you bring you car to this NTB location and ask how much labor are you going to charge me after I drive my car away from your bay? I am very unhappy about this double charge and will not take my car back to this NTB location. Thank you for your time reading my updated reviews.
