Service was fast, pricing was fair, and they explained everything clearly before doing the work. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this location definitely earned my business. I’ll be back for future maintenance and tire needs.

- HHHikma HikmaDec 5, 20252.0At 12:20pm I took my car as its battery and awd indicator was on, they checked it and told me I needed alternator change after estimate I was told that it will be done by 2-2:30pm, after waiting until 2pm I asked but they said I was told it will be ready by 4pm they made me doubt my hearing, as I never heard 4 in conversation, I had other task to do for thw day such as pick my grandson from school otherwise school charges extra after school time etc, instead of done by 4pm they started working on my car at 4pm I had no option but wait, once it was done by 6pm I drove couple miles i realized my car radio system was not working, I had to come back it was 6pm something and came to know that all service staff left for the day, counter staff told me to go to dealer to fix it, I went to dealer they helped me with the radio system but informed me that my car coolant is damaged and its leaking, I was surprised to know this bcoz recently I did my emission inspection done and last week I did my oil change and both companies told me everything was good, it was so frustrating after spending all my day at NTB I have to go to dealer that late ? I should have rather choose to go to dealer on the first place, why I paid an expensive service charge to get one thing fixed and get my electric system and coolant messed up and NTB does not take responsibility for this. I am not writting this review to claim my money back but NTB plz value customer’s time and communicate clearly prior doing service that your service may mess up other car systems and customer may end up going to dealer after NBT services.
