  Tee and his team are amazing. I’ve taken couple of cars to this location and they have been amazing. Very professional. They only performed what was needed to be done even though I’d asked them for additional services when I left the vehicle with them.   I usually go to the chantilly location, and everything runs smoothly there. I had to come into this location today because it was closer to me. I came in for a nail in my tire which they made me replace even though i could have been plugged and then when i got on my car i noticed the new tire they puts pressure was 21 (my tires are supposed to be 35 minimum) so i went back inside and told them the issue and they tried to gaslight me and laughed at me and told me i need to “drive around for the tire to warm up and the pressure to go up” so I did just that despite my better judgement and halfway through my 40 minute drive home i see that the tire pressure had in fact not gone up and they made me drive another 25 minutes back to fix the issue. Safe to say ill stick to chantilly from now on.

  As a woman, going to a mechanic or tire shop is not always the most comfortable experience. But today completely changed that for me! From the moment I walked in, the team treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. They saw me the same day, took the time to explain what was needed, and the price didn’t break the piggy bank which was such a relief. I came in for a tire rotation, and they made sure everything was done properly. Knowing that properly rotating tires prevents uneven wear and keeps my car safer on the road gave me real peace of mind. They even handled my Tesla like total pros! What could have been a stressful errand turned into an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to this amazing team. Their customer service was truly outstanding, and they deserve to be recognized for it. If anyone from management is reading this the employees who helped me today absolutely deserve a raise or a bonus! Their professionalism, honesty, and friendliness made all the difference. I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys for such a great experience!
