Angel was the one who “helped” me (and I use that term loosely). Let’s just say… Angel was no angel. He confidently told me everything looked fine, but something about his vibe screamed “I didn’t actually know/check.” Maybe it was lack of training, maybe it was “I think she won’t notice/knows anything” energy — either way, it was a bad mix. Fast-forward a couple days later: my truck started sounding like a dying lawnmower in a thunderstorm. I knew something wasn’t right, so I went back. And surprise, surprise — my oil was bone dry. Zero. Nada. Nothing. If I hadn’t trusted my gut (and my ears), I probably would’ve ended up with a blown engine. Enter Ronnie — my shining star in a sea of chaos. Ronnie not only checked everything properly but topped off my oil, made sure my car was safe to drive, and treated me with actual care and honesty. He’s the reason I didn’t leave this place in a tow truck. I did speak to the assistant manager, Brandon, who apologized for the situation — but that was it. No solution, no offer to make it right, just a sorry. If someone working on cars can’t perform the most basic car care task — checking oil — that’s not just poor service, that’s a safety risk. Angel should probably stick to ringing people up at the counter, not diagnosing engines. Moral of the story: trust your instincts, double-check your oil, and if you end up here — ask for Ronnie. He’s the only reason this review isn’t titled “How Jiffy Lube Almost Ended My Engine.”
