I've only been local and haven't been on any highways, dirty, gravel, etc. type roads since the oil change was done on 12/23/2025. This should not have happened and it's NEVER happened when I've had oil changes, so what wasn't tightened back or what's missing or wasn't done properly 🤔?. Now I'm in the process of having my vehicle checked by someone else to find out what WASN'T done properly. Let's how much money I have to come out of pocket to fix what they did or didn't do. I literally paid for an oil change where the oil is literally damn near gone and on the GROUND now😡. I was a happy customer but now I am LIVID and will NOT be going back.

Not thorough. The staff was play fighting with each-other like they’re in middle school. Will not be returning.
