  Buyer beware. The offer very little in the area of actual support. At least two solid times I was charged for charge I did not receive. The scientifically not possible. Like I drive an ev6 with 82kw battery. I arrived at the station with 20% battery. When I began my charger told me it would be an hour and 4 minutes until I was fully charged. That it was charging me at a rate of 41. Turn my car off and went to sleep . Look up 3 hours later to 76% charge. They claimed I had charged for 2 hours and received 92kw. But my car was off. And even if it was on it it would have charged faster than 2hrs. The funnest part is it happened at the exact same power station every time now so I might just be the scam at that power station. Who is sucks because there's no other ones in the range. It feels like harassment with malicious compliance to charge people 60 cents a kilowatt hour when they paid 13 cents at home.

  I had major problems with EVERY charger in this bank of four chargers today in a semi-urgent, time-sensitive situation. One was totally out of service, another had the CCS side non-functional, a third wouldn't begin charging at all and is now shown as offline in the EVgo app, and the fourth stopped charging prematurely and would not restart a charging session. In addition, multiple nonsensical messages about "Program card errors" appeared on the screens of one or more of the chargers in this bank. ZERO stars. Total fail on the part of EVgo at this location. They should remove the chargers permanently at this location if they can't maintain them properly. Based on previous reviews, they've had continual problems with this bank of chargers. TO EVGO: Honestly, please stop telling people to also go "report this in the app" in response to reviews that describe problems. If folks have gone to the trouble of writing the reviews HERE that include detailed problem descriptions, and if you've gone to the trouble of then READING the problem descriptions here, why not take notes yourselves and report it internally (to YOURSELVES) instead of making customers do twice the work for you? NOTE: The reviewer Paul Fields' review of this charger bank appears to be for a DIFFERENT bank of chargers that's over in Woodbridge, VA. He lists specific, named EVgo chargers that are NOT at this location, but at the Woodbridge location.

  Successfully charged with Brenton two days in a row, but only 2 of 4 stations are working. Fortunately I haven't had to wait, as these are not very fast. Usually getting 35-37 kw, but today within a minute slowed to 16. No explanation. Nice to have Sheetz, plus Lidl and Freddy's across the parking lot, but can't wait all day.
