- DVDixon Veliz3 days ago1.0Please be aware. In October, my insurance provided me with a rental from this Enterprise location. Everything was fine until I returned the vehicle. When I went to drop off the car, a young female employee took the keys and went to inspect the vehicle. Oddly, she went straight to the passenger side and immediately checked behind the rear passenger side door. She claimed there was a “larger than usual gap” between the fenders. After further inspection, she pointed out a small hit and said it needed to be reported. What I found suspicious is that she didn’t even bother checking the other side of the vehicle. I explained that I was completely unaware of any damage, had no accidents, and barely drove the car. Something like that is not something you just miss, I would have felt it or at least noticed damage or scratches to the tire or surrounding area. She then handed the situation off to another employee name Oscar, who was somewhat rude and dismissive while I tried to explain what happened. I asked if they had photos of the vehicle from before I picked it up. He told me they do not take photos of their cars and only do a “quick visual inspection.” which blow my mind. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car it was raining and failed to take photos myself. Now I just received a $396 repair bill for damages I did not cause. If you rent from here, I suggest you take detailed photos and videos of the entire vehicle before you leave the lot, or you may end up paying for damage that was already there.
