  Martin was incredibly helpful... we started out all over the place with no idea what we might buy... we know, now, that we will buy a travel trailer around 30' and we will buy it from him...Steve was awesome too

  We bought a new RV and had a Great Experience at Camping World, Manassas Va. This review starts with appreciation and gratitude to Lori Hertig our Sales/Service Associate, she was Experienced with Great Customer Service skills and a Lovely Personality, she was with us every step of the Sale. Our Sales Associate Chris Hennessy was knowledgeable and gave us a great tour of our camper when we came back the second time to finalize the purchase. The General Manger, Steve Igoe was very Personable and quick witted it was wonderful to meet him. Thanks to Business Manager Jordan Mehta for his patience and thoroughness, making sure we understood everything and all our options. And Bill Stewart was very nice as he stepped in and finalize the paperwork for our purchase, thank you. In the end the Retail Sales Manager Dallas Corban help us out and Lori gave us our informational walk thru and finalized our pickup. All in all, it was Great Purchase Experience.

  I cannot say enough positive things about the support Martín Teller provided during my purchase, receipt and operation of a new Coleman travel camper that I'm using across the country on various horse farms. Martín provided his work and personal cell numbers and encouraged me to text anytime I had a problem or couldn't figure something out. He always responds, even over the holiday period when I purchased the trailer. He knows RV's, owning one himself, and can offer support to newbies and experienced campers alike. For example, he spent lots of time with me going through the store to find the right materials needed for hookups and other basics. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience here from start to finish. Bob, the salesman who showed us the campers, was extremely amicable and easy to work with. He really listened to what my family needed and understood my vision without any pressure or pushy sales tactics, which I truly appreciated. I also had the chance to meet the manager, and we had a great conversation. He was approachable and made the overall experience even better. I would definitely recommend working with Bob if you’re looking for a positive, stress-free experience.

  I live 1200 miles away and made the mistake of contacting these people not knowing they were so far away. Now they won't stop calling. I have left messages, sent email and requested personally, but they just keep calling. I have blocked them , but they still leave voice messages. almost daily and sometimes more than one time a day for months and months. Because of this, I will NEVER buy a camper from this company, no matter where they are located. CAMPING WORLD RV MANASSAS has horrific customer service., clearly zero communjcation or care for their customers. You've lost a potentially good customer for your entire franchise. You pushed me to the point of posting this review. When people ask to be left alone, stop calling. Get a clue. This is verging on harassment.
