  I stopped by today to get a tool that I needed (relay puller/clamp) to a remove and replace a bad relay in my vehicle. The initial worker I spoke with did not know which tool I was referring to (which was fine) so he brought over his manager. All I needed to know was if they had the tool or not and where to find it. Instead, I got a lecture about how headlights and basic electricity work and was told that what I was planning to do was pointless and not going to fix the problem and that something else had to be wrong with my vehicle. He also called me as honey pie which I did not appreciate. I felt I was only treated this way because I am a woman. I ended leaving empty handed (and honestly feeling quite disrespected) and getting the tool elsewhere then using it how I initially intended, WHICH FIXED THE PROBLEM. Thanks for nothing Manassas Autozone, learn how to respect your customers and listen to them.

  It's been a while, unfortunately, since my visit to this location. To me a while to track down which location (I think it was) that had helped me. Just wanted to say that at the time, your employee named Beau helped me get safely back on the road and on my way. I was having some kind of intermittent battery issue causing my car to fail to start. Please pass this along if I'm wrong about the store, so that he gets his proper kudos.

  I had such a great experience with Scott at AutoZone. When my check engine light came on, he came out to my car to run a diagnostic test and took the time to clearly explain what the results meant. What really stood out to me was that he went above and beyond — since my car is still under warranty, he recommended the most reliable dealerships in the area to have it properly serviced. He didn’t just do the minimum; he genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Scott was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. Customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to help me. Thank you, Scott! I will definitely be supporting this Auto Zone in the future.

  Took a 15 at work to call and ask about ordering a part. Someone answered the phone, sounding very irritated, and immediately put me on hold. No-one followed up during the 15 minutes. Will be calling other AutoZones after my shift.

  There is a Gem named Deseree/Geseree. Sorry for misspelling the name, as there was disturbance on the call. Unfortunately they didn’t had what I wanted but the way she handled the call and tried to go above and beyond to be helpful, she just won a loyal customer. Anything for my car that I need in future, this is the store I’d chose. Thank you for being so helpful. I’d suggest you stock up on the portable hand controls, it might come handy to a lot of people. Thanks again!!
