He was swamped with customers and still had the best customer service. He seriously has the best personality for customer service, a smile never left his face, and I learned how to change my break light! I was having a long day, getting a little hangry and his high spirits and help put me in a better mood. Thank you Wuil (I hope so spelled your name right!)
- GPGary PelhamOct 16, 20251.0I want to say the store manager is unprofessional, Ivan to be specific young lady was helping me out with some battery cable and he came up with her and he explained the difference on the battery cable the sales lady was going to sell me that was only sold as whole roll. Then the young lady called him to help her and proceeded to walk away and she had called his name 2 times from close distance of 6ft and chose to ignore the young lady still. Seems like he does that a lot and its unprofessional as a manager to do that to your team members. To the young lady that was helping me (Stacy) i do apologize if thats how your store manager acts.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
