After having my car jumpstarted I came here at 10:45am, three employees (two women and a man) were at counter with no customers. Asked for an install and aparently none of them can install it even though it wasn’t busy??? Women were lisa and zuvan and A man named Robert. I undrstand if employees can’t do battery installs when it’s busy but why advertise it if no employees can change it??? 3 of them were doing nothing and nobody could swap.. Don’t come very frustrating

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
