  DO NOT GO! Horrible experience. They had my travel trailer for over two weeks with little to no communication at all. They just forgot about my RV sitting in their lot. Eventually, I just came and picked up my RV --- even though they hadn't even done half the repairs that I requested to it. I ended up just taking it to another RV repair place. I will never use Camping World service again, unfortunately. Absolutely do not use - find another local RV shop to use!

  Nobody beats Bob the RV man! We are new to the RV world and Bob was patient and informative every step of the way. He didn’t try to take us down costly undesired paths and kept us on track to ensure we found the right new addition for our family of 8! Bob is the best! We also experienced overall exceptional service from the management and finance! Big shout out to the camping world team! - now I got to go figure out how to back this thing in my drive way! ;) just kidding! Thanks CWM!

  I would give them 0 stars if I could. After you buy from them they are useless. I’ve been trying to teach the for 5 months now because my trailer was stolen and my gap insurance is about to close my claim. Not to mention they sold me a talker with a broken heater and it took almost a year from them to come pick it up because they thought I was going to tow it back to them and I live in Colombia. HORRIBLE PLACE!!

  We bought a new Jayco 32RL trailer from Camping World Manassas on Oct 25, 2025. This is a very expensive RV trailer. This has been the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE of my 63 years of life. We got the trailer home and reviewed the list of items that were supposed to be included and several were missing or they had substituted something inferior. There are also workmanship issues that need fixed. We have been trying for 5 months to get these fixed. Our sales person was non-responsive. They have had 2 new sales managers since our sale; on the rare chance they take our call, they always need to talk to someone but never call me back. Service manager David says they have to talk to sales, then never call me back. The general maanger Steve never takes my calls, and never calls back regarding my voicemails. If we had known this would happen, we would NEVER have bought from this organization. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

  They are a dealership that is really only worried about selling you an RV and once you do that the customer service real ends. When we finished with the finance guy who was great, they just want to to get your RV and leave. not even a Thank you, had to find the sales person to put the temp tag on, Sales person did not go through anything about RV and the Pre Delivery tech went through things so fast that he even forgot to check the AIR in the tires which were 40PSI below recommended. they had the one RV we wanted and at a decent price. other that that I would not buy from them again.
