  Very easy process to rent a vehicle

  Go elsewhere. Made a reservation 2 days in advance and they couldn't fulfill it even with flexibility on my part with type of vehicle. Put me on a "call back" list for the following day. Never called back. Manager had no idea what was going on. Poorly run office. I've always gone to Enterprise first but this experience changes that.

  I was in a wreck recently where someone ran a stop sign when we finally got the correct insurance from them enterprise called right away let me know they had a vehicle for me and actually found a better one for my needs because im disabled i picked up at Glen allen and returned early at ashland because I bought a vehicle down thr road from them both places had amazing customer service and made this alot easier than what it was so thank you would definitely use again just not for the same reason lol

  The manager, Jada Banks, at the Manakin-Sabot store was phenomenal: very personable, quick and efficient. Loved the Odyssey van she got for us. Definitely would rent from Enterprise as long as price remains competitive.

  They were quick and efficient and had a good selection of cars on the lot. They worked with my insurance and the collision repair shop for rental car pick up and drop off, making the process smooth and seamless.
