  I was in a wreck recently where someone ran a stop sign when we finally got the correct insurance from them enterprise called right away let me know they had a vehicle for me and actually found a better one for my needs because im disabled i picked up at Glen allen and returned early at ashland because I bought a vehicle down thr road from them both places had amazing customer service and made this alot easier than what it was so thank you would definitely use again just not for the same reason lol

  The manager, Jada Banks, at the Manakin-Sabot store was phenomenal: very personable, quick and efficient. Loved the Odyssey van she got for us. Definitely would rent from Enterprise as long as price remains competitive.

  They were quick and efficient and had a good selection of cars on the lot. They worked with my insurance and the collision repair shop for rental car pick up and drop off, making the process smooth and seamless.

  I reserved a vehicle on short notice with this location using my Enterprise app and completed the check in process. When I arrived at the location the door was locked and there was a note on the door saying they were out picking up vehicles. I called the phone number on the note and got no answer. About 15 minutes later after leaving I received a phone call from Jada informing me there were no vehicles available that day. I stopped back by 1-1/2 hours later and found the door locked with the same note on the door. I drove around back to the rental car line and found about 10 vehicles that appeared ready to go. I believe the employees at this small location go home early if there are no more scheduled rentals for the day. I contacted Enterprise customer service via chat to relay this experience and was told an area manager would contact me via phone or email and I still haven’t heard anything several days later. I will not be using Enterprise again if I can help.
