My car required additional parts and they kept my increase in price to a minimum. The store manager Will seems to really have a lot of concern for his customers. Waiting area is very comfortable and the automatic soap dispensers in the bathrooms are very neat. I had to snap a photo of the most interesting screwdriver holder I've ever seen.

At the time of purchase, I was told that tire alignment services were not available due to no technician being on site. In reviewing the receipt it stated that I declined the alignment which is not true. Just recently (October) the two rear tires were badly worn, (both showing metal belt, one went flat), forcing me to take the vehicle back for new tires. When I asked if it was fair that I had to pay for two new tires and alignment which was not available, and I was not given any notice that I could bring the vehicle back for the service, I was told i could be given a discount for alignment but was also told that was "the best I can do" from the salesman. I ended up having to purchase two more new tires on top of four new tires I purchased only four months earlier. I am disappointed that that was the only recourse, as I was not given the opportunity to get the alignment done at the time of purchase to prevent the issue. To note, the salesperson was courteous and responsive during our discussion and tried to answer my questions, but I continue to think I was treated unfairly.
