After 4 or 5 local places saying they could not help us and sending us to the dealership which is closed on weekends and expensive! They got my battery checked, replaced and my oil changed for half what the dealer would have charged. I will return. Customer service was also great!!

They fit me in for same day service. Super courteous, professional and sweet friendly. Other reviews saying employees standing around. I may be wrong, but I believe Inspectors must be trained and certified by VA State Police Dept. Usually there is only one Inspector per location. Sadly that could leave the other employees in positions that an onlooker may misconstrue as lacking customer service. … They are great here from signing in to paying out.
