Earlier today, I bought a used truck and was so excited—until I noticed some issues shortly after driving it. Worried, I called Jiffy Lube around 6 PM, hoping for advice or help. Not only did they answer right away, but by 6:30, I was back on the road with my “new-to-me” truck riding perfectly! Dave and Kevin were absolutely incredible. They were professional, knowledgeable, and so kind throughout the entire process. I felt like they truly cared about helping me, and they worked so quickly and efficiently that they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience.
