  Compared to the other Zips around this is by far the worst. Hardly ever have towels for the customers. I have walked inside many times to get a stack for customers. The kicker is when you have to sit in line 5-10 mins while they chat and solicit the cars in front of you. Three lanes but 2 has cones in front of them. If memberships pay it would make sense to have a certain lane provided for them and hold up traffic and time for non members. Pending the worker inside you may get sprayed off pulling in; you may not!

  I don’t normally use car washes to clean my car, but we were out of state, and the birds made a ridiculous mess of it. The problem is when I got to Zips I did not know how to put my Tesla in neutral. (Doh! Yes VERY embarrassing, my mind completely went blank.) the Zips team was amazing. They got me out of line and Mackensie came out and told me how to do it. They did not shame me and my basic wash was definitely worth the value. Thanks Zips Team, now we can travel home for 10 hours tomorrow in a clean car with my dignity, intact!

  Stopped by Zips Car Wash and McKenzie made the whole experience way better than expected. She greeted me with a great attitude, kept things quick and easy, and actually made the interaction feel genuine instead of scripted. She explained everything clearly without being pushy, and honestly she’s the reason I ended up signing up for a membership. She made it feel worth it, not like I was being sold something. It’s the little things like that that stand out, and she definitely gets customer service. McKenzie is awesome.

  Either heed my warning or waste your money 🫩 I got the basic wash option that's $18 and not only did it SOUND rough on my car going through the wash, but my car LOOKED rough afterwards. There were definitely noticeable scratches not there before and my car was hardly clean on the front and back. It did a mediocre job for $18 when for $15 at any car wash back home can do 3x as good as this did. I went to go use the vacuums after and no wonder they're free, because they're absolutely useless. Hardly any suction and took forever to vacuum up anything other than your time. I went to 4 different vacuums, so before you say it was defective I fear that was not the case. As for the cloths to wipe your car, idk what was worse, the cloths or the glass/surface cleaner. Firstly, the cloths were damp so one would assume theyre freshly washed but all they did was leave more dust in my car. The surface cleaner didnt clean my surface it just left streaks. My friends drew interesting things on my windshield so when I tried to wipe it off with the glass cleaner, all it did was leave streaks alllllll over and make it look like I used water and dawn dish soap on it which, in all honesty, might have done better than whatever they use for their glass/surface cleaner. Overall took me forever to get my car looking good and when I was finally satisfied/gave up I went to Walmart to purchase additional things to fully clean my car since this place was so inadequate. Staff was nice though, if that matters at this point.

  The day I went: slow, rude staff member, vacuums not working. I waited for 10 minutes in line even though it wasn’t busy, because the pay gates were broken. The attendant’s iPad was not working to take my payment, although she was pleasant. When I finally went through the car wash, it knocked the plastic cover off my side mirror. I asked the employee on duty to find it for me, and he offered to help me put it back on. However, when we saw that the wires of my mirror had gotten wet, I asked him for towels so I could dry them and he just said no and stood there next to my car. I explained wires left wet could cause them to break and he still said no! He said he needed to get back to his work so he couldn’t give me towels, but he kept standing there with me not doing anything. It felt really combative, strange, and rude for no reason. Furthermore, the pressure nozzle and vacuum were broken where I had parked so I had to stretch one from the other side to reach my car. If you’re looking for a fast wash, working equipment, and normal, helpful staff, unfortunately this is not the place.
