  Samuel and team were great. I had never been to a quick oil change place and they were awesome. Topped off fluids and checked a few other things also

  I accidentally drained my transmission fluid during an oil change and wouldn’t have figured it out until too late but the manager at this location, Alec, caught it early because he disposed of my old oil canister (that was filled with transmission fluid) and called me to let me know so I didn’t damage my transmission with low fluid levels. Not only did they not charge me for vacuuming out the extra oil I put in (I drained the wrong case), they also didn’t charge me for topping off my transmission fluid when I wasn’t able to take off the rusted 24mm fill plug. It was a humbling experience, but everyone there was professional. My transmission fill plug was so rusted on that they couldn’t get it off either but still found a way to fill it back up using the overflow drain plug. I was impressed with the time they took and Alec also educated me on how to fill up my transmission fluid again in the future using an alternative technique, showed me the exact part to buy if I wanted to replace the overflow plug and offered to put it in for me on my next maintenance visit if I needed. Im very grateful that everyone here went the extra mile and educated me. They charged me nothing and I can tell they do good work.

  The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! Excellent! They print out a page to let you know what needs to be done but they do not push you in to making a decision right then. They encourage you to come back when you are ready to fit what needs fitting. I will return!! They are great!!

  Incredibly friendly staff - very helpful in suggestions. I did not feel pressured to purchase things that were not in dire need of changing. The service was great! Very positive experience.

  Alexander was a very professional courteous and friendly, very thorough in his job. Very much enjoyed my first experience here with this young man. I normally do my own oil changes but now I think I’ll come back because of him I’ve had other experiences at other places that weren’t so friendly. This one is a keeper.
