  Best service ever from helping me in the front to informing me what’s happening in back fast reliable service I would like to especially thank Josh if u ever need help ask for him there he always helped me when I was in a emergency he made sure I was all safe and ready to go i will definitely be choosing ntb the next time i need service 👍

  I will not go there. They are a rip off. They didn’t put my center cab back on my tire. Hell they didn’t even torque my Lugnuts down like they were supposed to this place is horrible. I went to both places the one in Roanoke and Lynchburg do not take your Tesla. Just take it back to the dealership. They will try to take your money. They won’t warranty your tires and they’ll try to get you for brakes and charge to $1600. And customer service is horrible. I had to take my car twice. They didn’t even fix the problem. I had to fix it myself thousand dollars and tires gone.

  Shame on the management at this location. My daughter was in for service and was flat out lied to!!!! I feel because she’s a female she was taken advantage of. She was told 2 different things at 2 different repair shops. NTB wanted to charge her $400 plus for brakes and it turned out to be a dust shield that was loose making the noise. We will not be returning and I highly recommend not using them for any purpose

  Needed a tire fixed and was able to get it done. There was a bit of a wait, but that’s understandable. I really don’t understand some of these people who think they should be first with no appointment and people already waiting in front of them. The entitlement is astounding. (Someone was in there throwing a fit about having to wait a bit to get serviced)! Even with that frustration, the staff was still kind and professional and got me in and taken care of as soon as they could. Price was fair, and I’m back on the road, so that’s what matters to me!!

  If I could give a 0 star I would Called in was recommended a tire for truck . Ordered tires recommended for stock OEM wheels . Get there ,front desk rep Robert states can’t put on tires ,after they ordered tires weekend before that were recommended. Manager Terry talks down to you, makes up a name called Justin as manager I may have spoke to on Saturday that recommended the tires then proceeds to tell me he is the only Manager there and doesn’t recall the conversation(and there is no Justin) which this was so weird to me since I said from the beginning we CALLED IN. I have receipt and confirmation number and tires are there but now company does not want to put on the recommended tire to the stock wheel. Anyways left bought same tires from Harris tire who advised they are the right tire not sure what this place was talking about and installed the exact tires that we were supposed to get at NTB at Harris tire- HIGLY RECOMMEND HARRIS TIRE! Don’t go here ever unless you want to deal with a ton of drama at a tire shop !
