  I visit them about a week and a half ago to get four new tires and service was pleasant however I did not realize that I didn't have room Hazard on my invoice and was never offered it not once and now I have an issue on a tire that I have to try to figure out how to get it fixed and because I did not have the road hazard I can't get my tire replaced and have to spend another $150 some dollars actually a little bit more to get it replaced because the representative did not offer me road hazard not once and that's very disappointing and I would like to have someone to get back with me

  All of our brakes needed rotor and pad replacement. They performed the work on a Saturday. We were visiting from Massachusetts and needed the work done asap. They ran into problems but worked all day to help us. Zach the manager was helpful.

  This place is absolutely ridiculous. I trusted them to know what they’re doing, and they clearly do not. They put two different size tires on the front of my AWD vehicle, which is a major no‑no because all 4 tires on an AWD car need to be the same size or it damages the drivetrain. Because of their mistake, I’ve now had to spend thousands of dollars in repairs: a new lower left control arm, new brakes and rotors, a new ABS module, and now I have to get the correct size tires put on my car. On top of that, they broke my tire sensor. When I called to ask about it, they said they didn’t go anywhere near the tire sensor as if that makes any sense when the sensor is inside the tire.Their incompetence has cost me time, money, and stress. Absolutely unacceptable.

  I went in to get a tire plugged. For the wait, i was told it would be about 30 minutes but waited close to an hour before completion.

  I had new tires put on here probably a year and half ago at this point. Luckily I haven’t had any car trouble so I’m just now catching this mistake. I had an alignment done else where because I wasn’t satisfied with this place to return only to find out from my new shop that they put a different size tire on my front… I have an all wheel drive car. The reason I didn’t come back here was after I had my tires put on I heard a snap while I was driving and the air sensor code came up. When I called and asked them about it they said when they put new tires on they don’t even go near the tire sensors… you can’t be serious, it’s in the tire. not surprised another of their mistakes came back to bite me. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy.
