Even though she was working completely by herself, she kept everything running so smoothly and with such a positive attitude. She was literally running back and forth helping everyone, and she still managed to greet every customer with a smile. Her energy, hard work, and friendliness really stood out and made the whole experience so much better. Even with someone yelling at her during my visit she still managed to keep a positive attitude and handled the situation perfectly. McKenzie truly went above and beyond, and she absolutely deserves recognition. Amazing job, I will be back!!

My family worked in the car wash industry since the beginning of the 60s in South Carolina and I know what it means to run a good operation. These people could not care less about the quality of your car wash. And when you don’t even pressure wash people‘s cars before they go through the tunnel or hit it with any type of bug spray Prior to the curtain hitting it, all that bug and car debris is just ending up on the curtains, which will inevitably leave streaks on everybody’s car that goes through this place. My wife took her car in for the last time today and I’ll be going by in the next several days to cancel our membership. She went in with limited amount of bugs on the front and came out with the same amount. I immediately went by the gas station and did a light scrub on the windshield to clean the bugs, and they came right off. This place is a joke and is suffering from the owner not providing any type of quality control. Do better. And please don’t leave some canned response similar to every reply you’ve provided to a 1 star review.
