- GDGregory DaltonDec 21, 20255.0I actually cancelled membership for 5 vehicles due to the other ones (not Timberlake rd.) that were not customer friendly and very dirty all the way around not to mention most of the equipment as not working l, however I was told that Timberlake rd was different and they cared, so I gave it a chance and to this day I will drive to Timberlake from Forest to clean our vehicles…the place is clean the employees are very nice and friendly especially Stan…Thanks for providing an amazing experience and you have won me back…

As a business owner myself I would highly recommend this crew for a huge raise. We need more people in this world like them. If I could give them 10 stars that is what I would give them. I will recommend them to everyone at this location on Timberlake road.

When I went up to him to ask again he informed me once again and said “18 is the cheapest wash”. I later went on the website to find this information to be incorrect as there is a $12 basic wash option. I was disappointed at the service and misinformation. The customer support team resolved this issue and passed on my concern which I appreciate! Be aware that there may be associates upselling and not being upfront about all of the pricing options.
