First, the gentleman helping me pay was so helpful in walking me through my different options and I didn’t feel pressured at all to do anything other than what I wanted to do. And then Stan! He is a first class man! He greeted me with a big smile, sprayed down the front of my car really well, and that’s just the beginning. After I got through, I made my way to the vacuums and did a pretty fine detail on my car, including trying to wash down my floor mats with the spray cleaner and cloths provided. Stan came out and politely informed me that anytime I need my mats cleaned after I come through the wash, I can ask them and they will take them to the garage and spray them! So I handed him my mats and he washed them for me. Just wow!!! My husband takes cleaning very seriously and when he took the van out this evening, he exclaimed surprised and so grateful that he felt like he was driving a new vehicle! Thanks Zips and Stan for helping me make his day!! 😊

He sprayed my car off unlike most and also gave me a wave goodbye! As I walked over to get a towel, he was straightening them up. I complimented his Christmas hat and he said Merry Christmas early lol, he also informed me about the new deals they have. As I pulled off I saw him helping a mother clean her car. Very nice man, definitely the best zips location around.
