  Was traveling through the area and picked this because it was relatively close to 460. Paid $18 for a basic wash. You get what you get with a automatic wash, but after, there were no towels for anyone period to wipe down exterior or interior. I had to move my vehicle 3 times to find a vacuum that actually worked. Others didn't work at all or barely. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get a complete job or do it at home. Waste of money!

  2nd time in few weeks I've been to this location and I will not be going back to ANY location. I was "greeted" by the same young lady both times and got the same terrible attitude both times. This time around I was already in the process of paying when she remotely canceled my selection on the kiosk from inside the building. When I attempted to input my selection again, she said "you have to order from me. What wash do you want?" I told her just the basic. She said "it's $18". I asked how it when from $12 to $18 in just a few weeks. She said "unless you use the app that wash isn't an option. So, since you have to buy from me, it's $18." When I asked "So, your forcing the upsell?" She just gave me a look seething with more attitude. I told her if that was the case I'll go somewhere else. She rolled her eyes and said "than wait for me to open the gate and you can leave. Emphasis on "leave". I'm a Retail SM and sales trainer, get the importance of the upsell, but not at the expense of the business' integrity and reputation.
