And, the price was affordable with the “20% off” coupon I got after my last oil change for filling out this same survey that I’m starting to suspect no one actually reads. Even if only like 25% of people fill out the survey, that’s still probably millions of surveys, there’s no way anyone has time to read every single one. You’d have to hire a whole team of “survey reader specialists” or something. I guess you could outsource it and save a little money, but still Speaking of which…. I happen to be looking for a job right now if there are any openings in the Survey Reader Specialist Department (SRSD). Y’all got benefits?

The manager lied to Corporate and he said that the damage had nothing to do with the oil change. Well that's a lie. Number one my car wasn't leaking until after the oil change. And staff left the oil flap open i will list the picture below. And the manager just lied to Corporate and told them he spoke with me and told me that the issue didn't come from a oil change. All I'm getting is lies.

The staff always take the time to explain everything clearly and go above and beyond to make sure my car gets exactly what it needs. Even if it’s something they don’t handle in their shop, they’ll point it out so I can take care of it. They are always friendly, courteous, and prompt. Even when there are cars ahead of me, I never feel rushed — and at the same time, every oil change is thorough. It doesn’t feel like they’re just trying to get people in and out, even if the line is long. Because I drive a lot for work, I’m in for an oil change about every six weeks, so I really appreciate their reliability. I once tried another drive-in oil change place in a different part of the city, and the service there didn’t come close to the professionalism and care I get at Valvoline. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this team truly deserves it. Highly recommend!
