I would like to recognize London, he was my service rep , he went above and beyond to help me today, I had a headlight out and have had the HARDEST time trying to get help with changing it, due the location of the bulb , NO ONE wanted to help me , this gentleman most certainly took the time to look at it and help me fix today while getting my oil changed. I just couldn't be more appreciative and thankful, he has no idea how much he helped me today. He was extremely nice as well as everyone there. Very very professional environment, great job, I will be gladly doing a review and telling my friends an family to use this location. Very impressed, and Blessed today. Thank you

Staff were nice they did their thing, and if I could only rate them I’d give more stars only to them. however, I sat there for almost an hour. I arrived at 12:50 PM. Did not leave until just after 2 PM. This is supposed to be a quick in and out service, and it was everything but that. I’m pretty sure I would’ve been there an hour and a half or closer to two hours if I hadn’t said anything. Also, the price for synthetic oil is $99. At the grocery store It’s no more than $30 Unfortunately, I may not come back after this. This was my first possibly last time at this location or at a Valvoline period.
