- BBBEARJan 2, 20261.0Absolutely terrible customer service by the old man behind the desk! I pulled in the lot was full, so good for them, but that means there was no parking. So i parked by the door so i would not inconvenience anyone tryong to get in off the street as i have a full cab truck. I walked in he didn't even acknowledge me for starters. I walked up to him and said " how's it going bud. I'd like to check the price of some tires." He got an attitude like he he couldnt be bothered with doing his job and said " well for starters you can your truck up where its not blocking the door."...... the same door i just fully opened and walked in, there was 4-5 feet of room for people to come in and out of? If he would have 1 acknowledge me with a simple hello and 2 asked nicely like "would mind backing your truck up a little bit" I backed my truck up all the way out the lot and left. Guess they didnt need or want a $1,000+ sale.

I left with only an alignment being done, missing lug nuts, my passenger wheel jerking when I turn left making me overcorrect, and a LOUD noise when putting the car in reverse!! I have spent so much money on trying to figure out what they messed up and oh in the mean time been without a vehicle for two months. The manager Victor was very rude from the time of my appointment that I still had to wait two hours once I arrived for, to today when he hung up in my face because I was asking for the name of the people who done the “work” on my vehicle. I have been to other Mr. Tire shops in the area and my experience has NEVER been this disgusting!!! Victor also tried to stick my car key into a totally different model vehicle as I repeated to him several times “my car is over there, that’s not it” save your money, and well your vehicle too! This is my experience.
