  We were in Lynchburg for my daughter. Her tire had a nail in it and no other tire place would do anything with it because of the rim and because it was so late. I walk in to Mr Tire on Old Foreat road and Phil and his team went to work. The young man that worked on my daughter's tire had not even had lunch yet because they were so busy. It was about 15 min to closing time and he took his time and fixed the tire. They even stayed past closing to make sure everything was tight and fixed. I was very impressed and and so very appreciative. I highly recommend going and talking to Phil and giving him your business.

  This is three times now they were able to service my vehicle when the Madison Heights store wasn't able to or incompitent in their skills. The only Mr. Tire shop I will have my alignments done at from now on.

  Good helpful people who were open on a Sunday. My two ton jack was taken out of my truck last night and they helped changed my trailer tire. Above and beyond service and I’m so thankful.

  Best place to go if you are looking for honest and professional mechanic. I am new to Virginia and had a tire emergency and this location was closest to me. After changing out the tire they also let me know how dangerously thin I had allowed my breaks pads to get. Thankfully I was able to get them done that very same day at a reasonable rate. I am definitely coming here for any other repairs in the future.

  Absolutely terrible customer service by the old man behind the desk! I pulled in the lot was full, so good for them, but that means there was no parking. So i parked by the door so i would not inconvenience anyone tryong to get in off the street as i have a full cab truck. I walked in he didn't even acknowledge me for starters. I walked up to him and said " how's it going bud. I'd like to check the price of some tires." He got an attitude like he he couldnt be bothered with doing his job and said " well for starters you can your truck up where its not blocking the door."...... the same door i just fully opened and walked in, there was 4-5 feet of room for people to come in and out of? If he would have 1 acknowledge me with a simple hello and 2 asked nicely like "would mind backing your truck up a little bit" I backed my truck up all the way out the lot and left. Guess they didnt need or want a $1,000+ sale.
