When I asked again was told today. I asked specifically if I come by at 8AM today the inspector will be here. Was told yes. Came by at 8AM and was told by the same exact person if he's going to be here at 8 he will be here at 9AM. Don't waste my time. I asked a very direct question, you could have told me. yesterday he wasn't going to be in until 9AM.

- CPChrista PJul 24, 20251.0DO NOT Recommend this location at all. I am new to the area. I went to get an oil change and inspection because I have used Jiffy Lube before. I drove up and a lady said it was at least a 2 hour wait for the inspection so I decided to just get oil change and try for inspection another time. Lady told me to go inside waiting area and she would be there shortly, which I did. She did not take any information from me, not my name or anything. However, every customer after me she would come in with her tablet and get their information. About 25-30 minutes later, she came inside to say my car was ready. When I was paying, she informed me of a synthetic blend was used for my vehicle. I DO NOT USE a synthetic blend. I do full synthetic. She said , “uh oh, that still works for your vehicle.” The reason is because with my previous oil change the little kid working could not figure out how to apply my coupon so he changed it to a cheaper oil change in the system to honor a discount, not knowing that’s how it would be listed in the system moving forward. The lady did not offer to redo or anything and when I expressed concerns she dismissed it. Since then I emailed and reached out to an upper level of management. A guy named Luke reached out and he’s a complete mess as well as unprofessional and a liar. He has not called me back and when I reach out he’s either unresponsive or says he’s driving and can’t talk. He keeps saying everyone is on vacation as he’s trying to fact find. He was condescending during our first conversation as if I’m wrong. Since then I’ve reached out to several oil change places just to test knowledge and everyone including Subaru says a full synthetic is absolutely necessary. I had to get an oil change elsewhere. I will not be back and absolutely do not recommend this place. Protect your vehicle and peace of mind, go elsewhere. Don’t deal with them at all.
