  Very pleased with the customer service, the gentleman at the front counter was extremely helpful and accommodating, and I had no issues at all with the vehicle. Great experience.

  Takes reservations, holds no vehicles. 2nd consecutive time that a reservation was made and show up to no vehicle. Might as well deactivate that portion of the website and business operations.

  Rented a car to pick up on friday 12/26 first car the headlight didnt work second car no GPS third car got almost home tire was low stopped and put air in it it was low again this morning when i was leaving for my trip never made it on my trip tire kept going down had to keep stopping to put air in it call roadside service was told be 2 hours before someone could get to me called the office they were closed took the car back and canceled my trip this third car came in while i was getting the second car they didn't check it over they took it to the wash bay only hosed it off didnt wash it it was only in the wash bay for 10 minutes. I wont rent from wards toad again last time i got a car the lights didn't work had to get another car not satisfied at all
