    Ease of physically picking up the car; the enterprise facility was conveniently located in the airport; “Just walk out to spot number 10 and pick up your Buick Enclave.”, was what the agent said. I spent 5 minutes at the counter. I love Enterprise. I have used and will continue to use them Only! New electric/gas hybrid. Very comfy and perfectly clean! THANK YOU GUYS!!oh! Also, my flight was cancelled. No problem with enterprise. THANK YOU, AGAIN!!!

    Everyone was great, makes the process super easy for you and will work with you!!! Frankie was absolutely amazing! She really went above & beyond to help me, superb service!!! Robert was also very helpful, friendly and superb!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing this company over any other rental company anytime!!!

    Made a reservation online for a vehicle well in advance. Arrived onsite and on time. The guy at the counter told me because I selected enterprise military (I’m s veteran) he couldn’t see my reservation details. He asked me to redo the reservation at the counter without selecting military. I accomplished this and he then said I misheard him and I needed to redo the reservation a third time using the national website. I told him I was confused and asked for assistance. He told me “I should be able to google national and do it myself” I left. AVOID THIS PLACE

    Made a reservation a week in advance. Received a call at 6:45 pm on the Friday, day before my rental on Saturday, saying sorry we don’t have a car, sorry bout your luck. Call customer service Friday and Saturday and was told twice it was a priority and escalated to district manager. Never received a call from anyone. Show up for my rental Saturday, and the employee is walking out the airport and said sorry, we have a ford escape if you want it. My rental was for a 7 passenger van. Worst business ever. And it was a friends and family reservation.
