Everyone, on the phone and in person, were very friendly and knowledgeable. They sent a driver to pick me up at the body shop and bring me to their office to get the rental and reversed this when my car was ready to be picked up. I’m very aware of the level of customer service that businesses provide and my observation is that Enterprise is focused on the customer experience. Thank you Enterprise. 😍

The vehicle that ai have will be swapped out. The interior is dirty with the smell of weed and cigarettes, burn marks, windows are dirty. The gas tank said close to half a tank however it was parked on the hill and in reality it is closer to a quarter of a tank. Make sure to walk around the rental vehicle before leaving. The taillight is cracked and several dents were not marked. I spoke with Robert and I will be swapping the vehicle.
