Recently my car was hit and I took it to my collision repair shop. Progressive Insurance allowed for a rental, and I was picked up in a very short time by Enterprise in a very comfortable van. Sam at the Wards Road branch in Lynchburg, VA has a great personality, very helpful and made the process seamless. I got a 2025 Nissan Versa, but, unfortunately, the next day we got hit by a snowstorm with freezing rain, and the car has been sitting in the driveway for seven days! My car has been repaired. So my neighbor and I were able to dig/chizzel the car out for Enterprise to pick it up. I believe it was Robert who I spoke to on the telephone, who picked it up today. I felt bad he had to shovel a little more, but he said no problem since he usually has a shovel! Nice man and cannot say enough about the great customer service. This was my first experience renting with Enterprise, and, if ever needed again, I would not hesitate using them. Highly recommend!

The clerk..Landon Simms put my worries to rest with his knowledgable and professional assistance, which got me back on the road quickly. I have used Enterprise for many years because of the quality service received and will continue to choose them overall. I have never had an issue with this awesome company.
