- MMMarkDec 23, 20251.0I dropped a car off at 10:00 am on Saturday December 20 2025 at this location. I arrived at the office the door was locked with a sign to call this number which I talked with a employee of this enterprise and was told he was out picking up a car for a customer and told to drop the keys off in the lock which I did so while waiting for my uber to pick me the gentleman arrived back at the office and ask me if drop keys in that lock box I told I did he would check in. Well looking at my bill this I was charged for 2 extra days. The car was on their lot for two days. I will be calling the office this morning to find out what is going on. This might be the last time I rent a car from ENTERPRISE. Second bad experience in a row dealing with enterprise rental cars.
