- DSdana stumpNov 3, 20251.0Went to store got my brakes for my SUV..get home and they are the wrong ones..I call the store and let them know so I go back to the store, mind you tires off and got to be put back on..get to the store no apologies to any of my party(my husband and son) and so I paid the difference ( which I should have been offered some compensation for my troubles) he was not friendly at all! Their mistake not mine..I won't go back to that one again! I worked with customers everyday until I had to go on disability.Neither people at that counter represented that store for the good today..

After a quick Google search, I found an AutoZone that was close, so I stopped in to get it checked out. As I walked into what was obviously a new store, I was greeted by the Store manager, Chris. I told him what was going on, he grabbed a scanner and checked my codes. Not to go into a long story about what could have turned into a catastrophic engine failure, Chris was here to save the day. His automotive knowledge is very impressive to say the least. Also, Chris really cared about making sure I had everything I needed to get back on the road safely. Luckily, they had the parts I needed in stock, and Chis knew exactly how to replace the part as well. I don’t do many reviews, as my time dictates more pressing issues. However, when I experience someone who not only goes above and beyond but has a true passion for helping people and an impressive knowledge of his trade, I feel it’s worth sharing. Who would have thought, going to a parts store could be a life-changing event. Had I not stopped, I would not have made it to an appointment that turned out to be literally lifesaving. Folks, if you’re in the Lynchburg area and need some direction, parts or anything automotive, go talk to Chris Dulaney at the new Lynchburg Store on Wards rd.
