I'm so happy they were recommended to me because they were first, very diligent in their attention to detail, open to finding lower part costs during a difficult economy, and very easy to communicate with. Originally, the part was going to cost upwards at around $600-800, but they advised that I look at other vendors to find a cheaper price and bring the part for them to assemble to my vehicle. I ultimately saved $600 by finding the part myself. Labor costs still applied, of course. Mechanics don't ordinarily extend that advice, but Apple Auto Glass' readiness to allow for that speaks volumes.

The credit card machine was down, so he gave me his personal vehicle to go to the ATM. I picked up my vehicle after business hours and I had a couple of concerns that I came back with the next day; he straightened them out right away. I called 4 places before coming to them for the windshield and they were the cheapest as well.
