Only thing he did was look at the girl who was working with him and nodded to her to assist me with the battery charge. I looked at him and he said "go" so I followed the girl out to my car. The charger came back as "low charge, charge and retest." However he refused to help me take out my battery so I can recharge it. I asked him if he would take my battery out if I bought a new battery, he said he would if I replaced my battery but wouldn't just to charge it. I called Autozone and asked if they would remove my battery to charge it and they said they would. So I went to Autozone. Where they tested my battery, the test said it was a bad battery immediately, I bought a battery and they installed it. I will never go back to Advanced Auto Parts and will go directly to AutoZone. I asked the girl who tested my battery if Trystan is always this rude to customers she said yes, just to customers tho. So it's a known and acceptable thing at this place. Save yourself the hassle and just go to AutoZone they are much more accommodating and friendly
