The front desk manager, Bruce, asked if 12:00 would work instead to which I agreed. When I showed up at 12:00, instead of honoring an appointment time to work on my car I was informed that everyone was on a lunch break and it would be at least 2 hours before my car would be potentially done. Nobody gave any heads up ahead of time about potentially needing a ride due to how long it would take to get to my car. I have another vehicle that needs tires and I plan on finding another location to get this done at.
- LMLOVE MATTERSDec 11, 20252.0Updated review I returned to NTB with the following issues: The steering wheel/alignment is still off. I was told the alignment computer is broken. Bruce didn't bother to come out to speak to me about it. A stem cap was missing from the front right new tire. They put one on. There were scratches on my headlight and bumper front right. (Bruce said it's a big ordeal to file a report and review the video footage to prove it was done in the shop. Told me to check my own camera footage.) Next stop BBB... Original review... So far so good. These guys under "Bruce" are fabulous and go the extra mile for your business. I'm leaving now to test drive my four new KO3s so I will keep you posted!💯 A bit of a problem during the test drive. The steering wheel is about 45 degrees off center. You have to pull it to the left to go straight ahead! WTH! My question and concern is who would release the vehicle to be driven that way? I'm back in the shop of course! Test drive your vehicles people and don't leave until they get it right!😳
