My car was in the body shop for three months at Joe Collision after it was hit by a deer in Virginia, so having a rental was absolutely necessary. Jeff quickly notified me that my insurance had changed the daily rental rate from $34 to $31, which could have left me responsible for nearly $500 in extra fees. He handled everything in less than five minutes and made sure I wasn’t stuck with unexpected charges. Thank you, Jeff, and thank you to Enterprise for such outstanding customer care!
