It texts you every few days with updates on your repairs, which were done flawlessly and finished a week earlier than predicted on my car. And because Enterprise car rentals could not pick me up as prearranged, Hudson's drove me there. Their prices are not the lowest in town but the service and quality are unbeatable.

The lady I spoke to told me she had openings Wednesday and Thursday of the following week. I chose the Thursday appointment at 4pm. I get there for my appointment and found out that the lady never put me on the books to be seen after she told me over the phone the time and date. It's hard for me to trust a company to work on my vehicle if they can't schedule a day and time to be seen!
