  Had a little battery incident and Lexington today decided to stop by the AutoZone location and have my battery tested... the gentleman who helped me, eric, courteous kind and extremely friendly! He tested the battery told me the issue and what I appreciated the most was his honesty in my situation.. I decided to buy a new battery and it was installed and I was good to go and on the road and probably less than 15 minutes.. thank you Eric for your incredible service you have one satisfied customer for sure

  Amazing, above-and-beyond service on 3/7 around 5–6 PM. I managed to get myself into some trouble while trying to change my car battery at home and stripped a bolt on the battery terminal clamp. I couldn’t get the bolt out and couldn’t tighten the terminal enough to secure it, so I ended up coming to the store after running out of options at home and with other stores. Two employees spent a long time helping me figure out the problem and worked with me for over an hour to finally get the stripped bolt out and get the terminal situation fixed. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and generous with their time. What should have been a simple 20-minute battery change turned into a several-hour headache because of my mistake, and they really bailed me out. I’m extremely grateful for their help. This is the only auto parts store in the area I’ll be going to from now on.
