  My husband purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately it has been a very bad experience. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle started having issues. He went back to the dealer, and they told him it was “normal” and nothing to worry about. However, within a few months, the problems continued and got worse. Around seven months later, the transmission failed completely, leaving the vehicle unusable. When he returned to the dealership, they refused to take responsibility or offer any help. We feel misled and very disappointed with how everything was handled. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealer. Please be very careful

  I purchased an Infiniti QX60 from this dealership about seven months ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The vehicle is no longer functioning properly and began experiencing issues much sooner than expected. When I contacted them to request assistance, the staff failed to respond or offer me any kind of meaningful support. I feel that important information regarding the vehicle's condition was not clearly explained to me at the time of purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I advise prospective buyers to be extremely cautious and inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchasing it. The car is currently sitting abandoned in a parking lot—while I continue to make payments to the bank—and it has brought me nothing but trouble; the repairs alone will cost me $6,000 for a complete transmission replacement.

  Sergio and Veronica were both very personable and great to work with! I always ask a million questions when buying a car and Sergio patiently answered all of them. I was helping my friend buy a car but would for sure trust them with any of my future purchases. PS: it didn’t hurt that their sweet little dogs, Fofy and Nala, were around for pets and emotional support 😉

  Purchased a car that turned out to be a complete lemon. The purchase was easy and smooth and the staff was nice. However as soon as we got the car we realized that it needed break rotors and pads , a new transmission, control arm. There was no spare tire in the trunk. Also the bumper was zip tied on, the trunk didn’t have a bottom, there was water damage under the back seats which wasn’t noticeable until after driving around for a few days. Lights don’t work, and we found bullets in the trunk. Also it seems this car may have had unreported significant damage and was pieced back together. All in all the car is a complete and total lemon and we now need to figure out what to do with it. Do NOT recommend getting a car from this dealership.
