  The service from the front desk clerk was excellent. I was there for a vehicle inspection. At other authorized facilities, they give me a written summary of the issues that need to be fixed and attach a rejection sticker, but they didn't do that here.

  I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tire in Leesburg, Virginia—easily a five-star visit from start to finish. The entire team was exceptional. Scotty, Liz, and Davies on the sales and service side were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful without any of the usual upselling pressure. They communicated clearly, kept everything moving smoothly, and made the whole process feel easy. And a huge shoutout to Joel, the mechanic—top-tier work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Everything was handled quickly and done right the first time, which is rare these days. It’s hard to find a shop where both the front-end team and the technicians are this dialed in, but this location has it figured out. Highly recommend. I’ll absolutely be back.

  Most unprofessional “assistant office manager” I have ever had to deal with. Daniel needs significant coaching in how to be tactful and respectful to customers. He called me and told me my car was failing state inspection because of a tinted windshield, lower control arm and because he and his tech could not find EPA markings on my cats. On top of that, they destroyed a portion of the tint on my windshield “by placing a rejection sticker in the middle of the viewing area”, then scraping it off. Needless to say, it took the tint off also. Then I had this “assistant manager” argue with me like a toddler that windshield tint was illegal in Virginia. Clearly it is not if you have the appropriate documentation and licensing. I tried explaining it’s no different than driving, that you just need the proper certifications to do so. He would not listen to reason and continued to debate me like a third grader. Now I have to wait for their insurance company to contact me to get my windshield repaired. They act as if it’s only the cost of the tint. I have to go through the inconvenience of taking my car somewhere and leaving it for hours on end to get the windshield redone, and hope that it still has great clarity after having tint scraped off of it with razor blades and reapplied. The techs there and Liz and the store manager seemed to be apologetic, but this unprofessional assistant manager should be terminated or reprimanded immediately for a complete lack of professionalism, Virginia tint laws and overall automotive knowledge. I will advise everyone I know to avoid this shop at all costs in the future as long as they employ such an unprofessional and ignorant individual. Take your vehicle to a professional shop. It took another shop less than 5 minutes to find the proper markings on the catalysts and pass the inspection.

  Great price and great service. I came in for a normal oil change and tire rotation, and they even tried to help figure out why my check engine light was on. They also checked my engine bay to make sure everything looked good. Really great people and very helpful. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again.
