  Absolutely the worst experience from start to finish. Did not have the truck i reserved after an hour of back and forth on the phone while standing in the store I finally got a truck. Try to return it and get hit with an extra $80 in fees. Stay away. Go to uhaul.

  If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Spoke to a guy on the phone and asked for a quote for a 10-12 ft moving truck. $799 was the quote. U-Haul only charges $170. I accused them of price gouging during a pandemic and recession and they simply said "Well, we have to make a profit just like anyone else." Wow. I have no words. Worst place ever. Do NOT give your money to these people - they are a joke.

  I rented a truck from the Home Depot Penske service. I did have some trouble getting a reservation due to some confusion in the advertising, but once I got thru that, everything was good. The truck was awesome, and a really good price. The Home Depot desk was pretty slow to finish out the final invoice when I turned it back in, but it was still worth it. And, the best part was when I got home & realized that I had left a huge black bag of my tools on the passenger side floor, then called the store to find that they had it for me. No, the Home Depot guy did not find it when he took the truck back! But, the Penske representatives found it & secured it with store management. So, great service from Penske! Thanks

  This is the second time in a row that they didn't have my reserved truck there. They did however try to give me a 15 footer, instead of the 26 I reserved.
