  Great price and great service. I came in for a normal oil change and tire rotation, and they even tried to help figure out why my check engine light was on. They also checked my engine bay to make sure everything looked good. Really great people and very helpful. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again.

  Stopped by after realizing my inspection sticker was woefully outdated. They took me right away and were very upfront about what was required to pass. I felt no pressure to upgrade items not quite ready for replacement. Would definitely use them again. Very professional and thorough.

  I was in a time crunch and the staff at Mr. Tire were accommodating and efficient at ordering what was needed and picking it up to service my car the same day. Liz at the front desk was great, so was the technician working on my vehicle. Thanks yall

  ITS SAD IM HAVING TO DO THIS ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING TREATED LIKE GARBAGE BY NTB. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW SHOP TO CALL HOME AFTER NTB TREATED ME LIKE 💩 ...I GOT AN ESTIMATE OF 500 FOR REAR BRAKES SERVICE RESURFACE AND PADS .. I HAVE MACHINE GUN BULLET LUG NUTS AND THE TOOL IS IN MY TRUCK , NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE AS NTB INSTALLED THEM , I WAS TOLD THE TOOL DIDN'T WORK AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO CUT THEM . I REALLY NEEDED MY BRAKES DONE SO I SAID OK AND ASKED HOW MUCH THEY SAID NO WORRIES OK COOL , I CALLED BACK TO ASK THEM TO CUT ALL THE REST SINCE IT WOULD LOOK STUPID OTHERWISE....GOT A CALL AND I ASKED MECHANIC SAID YES AND HUNG UP . BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO ASK HE HUNG UP I SAID OK COOL MAYBE THEY GOT ME ... WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK , I WAS CHARGED 500 FOR MY BRAKES AND AN EXTRA 357$ FOR CUTTING the lugnutz . I feel they should have let me know it was going to be that much I'm .😭🤦😭,. And also like they want to scare me away and charged me that without telling me .....

  Was a long time customer, I have had several cars in the shop since 2010. I have my vehicles and several of my kids vehicles serviced here since 2010. The one trusted mechanic (Bill) who spoke to me via phone and fixed a long ongoing problem along with advising me on practical investment on older vehicles no longer works there. This store is now a no go. Rest are money grabbers and spend minimal time explaining where our money really is going, clearly money grabs. I Advice we find out where he is now, and go there. I know he probably works inside of Leesburg?
