When I got there to pick up my rental they didn't have the one I was supposed to get because it had an engine code. After looking everywhere and all the cars on the lot he agent gave me an upgrade and I went on my way. They always take care of me.

After getting a lot of run-around from my insurance co and the towing co following an accident, I needed to pick up my rental today. Needless to say I'm short on patience and manners. However even given my salty demeanor, the gentlemen at Enterprise were EXTREMELY polite and helpful, going out of their way to find the right rental for my needs. These guys clearly understand that they're not just in the car rental business, they're in the people business. Enterprise is lucky to have them and I hope they're recognized for their exemplary customer service. Thank you, gents!

They can be very busy in the early morning, but you can tell they do their best to get the customers taken care of quickly. Check-in is very quick and no physical paperwork. The vehicles are always clean and in excellent condition.

He is courteous and professional and informed me to come to the office and they would switch out the car. I received another comparable vehicle rather quickly, and I was on my way to visit family. This Enterprise is very professional, I do recommend them for rentals of vehicles due to their courteous and professional conduct.
