Yesterday I made a reservation over the phone at 4 and was told to be there by 5 and I would be good to go. Got there at 4:50 and it was closed. A tiny sign saying they closed at 2:30. If a place needs to close because of workers not being there, that's fine. Communication to the reservation line would have been best! I wasn't the only one left stranded either!! Canceled the reservation and went elsewhere. Edit: the regional manager did reach out and is looking to address the issue outlined above.
