- CEcasey epperlyNov 1, 20251.0I had come to this Valvoline back in July to have my oil changed. Typically, I only ever go to take five but I had a coupon for Valvoline so I decided to go there. I had gone to take five in May. Recently towards the end of October, I went and had my oil changed to take five again and they notified me that my oil filter ha not been changed since May because it was signed off by a five employee meaning that Valvoline did not change my oil filter at all when they serviced me in July. The Hollins location is where I went. The workers were not the friendliest either. It was young teenagers who were just fooling around most of the time. Do not recommend going to this location. This is one of the many horror stories I have heard of Valvoline.
