But there is one person that if he checks me out my rewards number I put it does not work and on screen shows completely different name/ email I the ask him today as well last I did past several time why my number didn’t work he just said was oh we have computer problem but why does this problem does not come when someone else at same store checks me out? what i believe is that person puts his own info in account so he can get rewards. I won’t say who the person is but the management should step up and talk to their staff. I will continue coming back to the store but this kind of situation should not happen Thanks .
